How To Win Your Ex Back When Your Heart Is Breaking

Is your heart breaking as the result of a recent break up? Do you wish you could turn back time and change what happened? If you are missing your ex and want another chance, here is how you can win your ex back.

Firstly, do not put too much pressure on your ex to rethink their decision. Give them some space to think things through and with any luck they may regret their decision and give you another go.

Give them some space for about a week or so, and this means no calling, emailing or texting during that week. Just chill out and play it cool, don’t go looking desperate by sending flowers every day and begging them to come back to you.

If you haven't heard from your ex after a week or so then contact them, but remain cool, calm and collected. Don’t overdo it and become desperate, just give them a quick call or even an email just asking how they are doing.

There needs to be a good balance of power in a relationship and this also carries over into a break up. You need to stay strong and keep your level of power, if you give up that power by desperately chasing your ex, then your chances of getting them back will be poor.

If the cause of the break up was something minor then there is a good chance that if you give them some space for a few days, you will then be able to work things out when you make contact and talk things over.

Some breakups are over bigger issues and it could be a harder battle to win your ex back. If a month has gone by and you are still apart then you might need to step up your game and try some new tactics. Your partner may have even started thinking about dating other people by this time so you don’t want to leave things too much longer.

Even at this stage, you do not want to seem overly desperate and put too much pressure on your ex. If you begin to stalk your ex then you will only result in looking silly, desperate and weak and this is not the way to win back your ex.

You can contact your ex and invite them out for a coffee just to have a chat. Chat about the good times you had together and pick particular moments that were good and you both enjoyed. Let them know you miss those times and let them know that you still care for them and are interested in trying again.

Another method used to win back an ex is to date someone else, perhaps even one of their friends. If your ex can see you with someone else it might make them jealous and rethink their decision. If they see that you are moving on with their life they might also question whether they really did make the right decision when breaking up with you. It might get them thinking that they need to resolve things quickly before it's too late.

You have every right to date someone else if you have broken up with your ex but you might want to seriously think about taking it any further than that. Your ex may take you back when you have dated someone else but they may not take you back if you have slept with someone else. So if you really want to win your ex back you should remain faithful to them even though you have broken up.

I hope that this article has given you some ideas on how to win your ex back.

How To Win Your Ex Back

Have you been wondering how to win your ex back? You are not alone. All over the world, people have wondered and are wondering the same exact thing. The good news is that it has been done, and it has been done frequently. While it may seem impossible to you now, winning your ex back is not a huge unaccomplishable feat. Rather, it is just a process that may take longer than you want it to. But it is a process that works if you follow it through correctly.

The first step of how to win your ex back might be the hardest. This step involves accepting the split, or even the fact that your ex has someone else, and just letting it be. No more pleading, begging, apologizing, or threatening by phone, text or email. The first step is to walk away and steer as clear from your ex as possible.

The next step is to stop focusing on your ex, and trying to win them back, and instead focus on yourself. If you've been pleading with your ex for a long time, and been taking her refusals for just as long, your confidence has also probably taken a nose dive. You first need to get your confidence and your self-esteem back. There are many things you can do to start feeling better about yourself. First of all, make sure you are eating the right foods, getting enough sleep, and exercising. Do not drink too much to drown your sorrows, or get into some other kind of drug or addictive habit. You also want to force yourself to start going out with friends, or just spending some time alone. If you like your job, throw yourself into your work. If you need a break from work, take a vacation if possible. All of these things may take some time getting used to, but you will soon find that they are not forced anymore, but part of your new way of life. You will start looking better, attracting more interest and compliments, and feeling better about yourself. And this will continue to grow. Once you go through several weeks or months of this "me-time", you can take another more objective look at your goals in terms of a relationship. Do you still want your ex in your life? If so, move on to the next step.

The last step is really what you've been gearing towards all along. This is where you contact your ex and ask if he or she will meet you. The meeting should be something very easy, like getting together for coffee. The real purpose for this meeting is to let your ex see the new and improved you, not to try and convince her to come back to you. So, keep the conversation light, be complimentary to him or her without going overboard, and then look at your watch and say you need to go to another appointment. Say how great it was to see your ex, and be off. These are the first steps in how to win your ex back.

How To Win Your Ex Back When Youre Suffering From The Pain Of A Break Up

Are you suffering from the pain of a break up? Do you feel that you would do anything to turn back the clock a few days? If your love’s run out, here’s how to win your ex back.

Firstly, do not go out and chase them. They in all likelihood need some space. As a matter of fact, frequently they will come to regret their decision if they aren’t pressured.

That means that you should not call, text or e-mail them for a week or so. Whatsoever you do, do not go begging them to come back. Do not send flowers or love notes. Alternatively, hang back and chill.

After a week or so, if your love has not made any contact, it's now alright to do it yourself. But be casual about it. Drop them an e-mail saying “how are you doing?” Once again, do not overdo it. You do not want to appear too eager.

Just as there's power in romantic relationships, there's a power balance in a break up situation. If you give up your power by chasing your ex, you actually lessen your chances of getting them back.

If the situation was a minor blow up, you might be able to win your ex back by stepping back for a few days and then dropping a casual hint that you're still interested.

But, if a month or so has gone by and you are still not back together, it is time to step things up. By this time, he or she has in all likelihood began thinking of new mates. Now, it is time to really learn how to win your ex back.

It's really important not to crowd your ex, even when you're pursuing them. Do not stalk. It's all right to show up where they hang out now and again, but be prepared to pay attention to others besides your ex.

You should also consider contacting your ex now and then in a casual way. For example, you may e-mail them saying “I walked by the park where we flew kites that time and it made me think of you. I miss those days.” Also, make certain that you always remember their birthday with a card or small gift. This will let them know that they're still on your radar.

One controversial maneuver is to ask one of your ex’s friends out on a date. Then text your ex and ask him or her where the friend would like to go on the date. This will make your ex think that you're moving on and make him or her question whether they truly want to be broken up.

It's O.K. to date others while you're broken up, but you should refrain from sleeping with them. Your ex might consider this a final sign that the relationship is over. So, be true to your love even though you've broken up.

And that is how to win your ex back.
